From now until January 17, 2016, you can experience medium- and large-scale sculptures by Taos artist Candyce Garrett. Candyce apprenticed under Jesus Moroles, the highly influential Texas sculptor who passed away last June.

You can also take a walking tour of her monumental-scale works installed around the TJC campus. Walking guides are available at the front desk of the TMA.

A self-proclaimed “child of the 60’s,” Candyce studied art at Southern Methodist University and received her degree from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. Her work has been seen all over America in places like Marfa and Austin, Texas; Tulsa, OK; Aspen CO; and Dublin OH.
