Now On Exhibit

Contemporary Texas: Selections from the Permanent Collection is on exhibit from now until November 30th. Close to thirty stellar works of art by twenty-one Texas artists provide a glimpse into the diversity and quality of Texas art the TMA has acquired since the 1970s. Each artist represented in this exhibition- many of whom have been featured in previous TMA solo exhibitions- has left a lasting impact on the Texas art scene. David Bates, Vernon Fisher, Terry Allen, and Al Souza are just some of the leading Texas artists whose work you will see when you visit the TMA. Here are a few paintings featured in the show:
